Carter Schubert (Oklahoma) def. #4 Lenny Pinto (Rutgers): Schubert, ranked #15, upset #4 Pinto with a 5-1 victory at 174 lbs.

Robert Platt (North Carolina) def. #21 Rune Lawrence (West Virginia): Platt won 10-7 at 197 lbs against the ranked Mountaineer.
